Yes! If the car isn't what you expected after the test drive, or if the deal falls through for most reasons within the first 24 hours of the appointment request, your deposit is fully refundable.

It is completely free to list your car on CarSkipper. We only charge a small success fee when your vehicle is sold.

Once the Skipper confirms the handoff and the title transfer is verified by our operations team, the funds are released directly to your bank account via Stripe. This usually takes 1-3 business days.

Of course! You keep possession of your vehicle until the final handoff to the buyer. However, once a deposit is paid, the vehicle is reserved for that buyer for 7 days.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe for the initial deposit. For the final balance, we support secure ACH transfers and work with lenders for financed purchases.

Our service fee is tiered based on the vehicle's sale price. You'll see the exact fee before you finalize your listing or purchase.

1. Add DNS CNAME Record: At your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), create a CNAME record for www (or your chosen subdomain) pointing to carskipper.azurefd.net (or your assigned Azure endpoint).
2. Bind in Azure App Service: In the Azure Portal for the App Service, add www.yourdealership.com under Custom domains and bind a free App Service Managed Certificate.
3. Register in CarSkipper Ops Studio: Navigate to Ops White-Label Studio, select your dealership, enter www.yourdealership.com in the Custom White-Label Domain (CNAME) field, and click Save & Invalidate Cache.
